Baird & Warner Realtor Kathy Murphy will make a donation to Cases for a Cause when she represents either a buyer or represents a seller in a real estate transaction.
Chicago resident and Baird & Warner Realtor Kathy Murphy wants to help Cases for a Cause.
With springtime around the corner, many Chicagoans are preparing to enter the real estate market, whether as a buyer or as a seller. Should you choose to have Murphy represent you in your real estate transaction, at closing she will make the following donations to Cases for a Cause:
- for homes bought or sold and valued up to $1,000,000, Cases for a Cause will receive a donation from Murphy for $1000.
- for homes valued over $1,000,000, Cases for a Cause will receive a donation from Murphy for $5000.
With over 25 years of sales experience, Murphy knows how to market and sell your property. Her goal is to enable my clients to make the best choice possible in their real estate transactions.
